SHELF-LIFE

ATP: 90 days at room temperature
ATM: 90 days at a controlled temperature of 5°
Frost:: 180 days at a controlled temperature of -18°

REGENERATION

Cut into slices and regenerate in a preheated oven at 240° for 5 minutes
